Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join the Autentika team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Goal #1: Actively acquiring new clients through a variety of sales channels.
  • Managing the entire sales process: from prospecting through to closing the deal.
  • Advising clients during the sales phase and throughout the delivery of IT projects.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborating effectively with Autentika specialists during the analysis and proposal stages.
  • Creating new sales initiatives.
  • Reporting on sales plan progress and client feedback.
  • Meeting sales targets.

Our requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B IT services sales.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships with C-level executives, directors, and senior managers.
  • Proactivity, commitment, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern web technologies and design.
  • Experience working remotely and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • C1-level English proficiency in both spoken and written form.
