We drive change and build competitive advantage for corporations and startups by designing and developing web, mobile, and e-commerce applications.
At our core, you will always find authenticity, a non-corporate atmosphere, and a culture built on honesty and transparency. We are pioneers of remote work — it is embedded in our DNA.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Autentika team.
If you have the skills to run a project according to plan, clear the path for your team, communicate effectively with designers and developers, and give clients the confidence that they are in safe hands — we would love to hear from you!
Let's build something exceptional together!
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating the web project development process.
- Overseeing project budgets and timelines.
- Managing project teams composed of UX/UI designers, developers, and testers.
- Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
- Building the company's expert reputation and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Our requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working remotely.
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of web technologies (a technical background is a plus).
- Good command of English, sufficient for conducting client conversations.
What we offer in return:
- Salary of 11,000–15,000 PLN net (B2B).
- 100% remote work — you work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection.
- 20 paid days off per year.
- English language classes — a great opportunity to sharpen your language skills.
- Team retreats — once a year we meet somewhere in Poland for a company get-together!
- Caring approach and support at every stage — we work as a team and help each other with day-to-day tasks.
- Knowledge sharing — weekly TED-style meetings that broaden the horizons of our designers and developers.
- Flexible working hours — the first "hello" appears on Slack around 6 a.m., but some people prefer a lie-in, and that is absolutely fine with us.
- Work-life balance — for some it is just a buzzword, for us it is a golden rule! We love our work, but we also love spending our free time creatively, which is why we do not do overtime.
- 50% equipment reimbursement — we cover half the cost of the equipment you need for work, and it remains yours to keep.
If you would like to work with us, please send your up-to-date CV along with a few words about why you are the right person for this role!
