Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Autentika team.

If you have the skills to run a project according to plan, clear the path for your team, communicate effectively with designers and developers, and give clients the confidence that they are in safe hands — we would love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities:

Coordinating the web project development process.
Overseeing project budgets and timelines.
Managing project teams composed of UX/UI designers, developers, and testers.
Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
Building the company's expert reputation and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Our requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working remotely.
Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members.
Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of web technologies (a technical background is a plus).
Good command of English, sufficient for conducting client conversations.

One of our senior experts takes a deep dive into your skills and abilities. Get ready to talk about projects you worked on and challenges tackled there. The meeting shouldn't last longer than one hour.
