Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced UX Designer to join the Autentika team. If you have the skills to craft a comprehensive user/reader/customer/buyer experience within an IT project, we encourage you to apply and share your experience with us. Let's build something exceptional together!
Your responsibilities:
- Owning the UX area across our clients' projects.
- Leading the discovery phase, aligning knowledge across stakeholders, and conducting research.
- Leading the ideation phase, defining solutions and their scope.
- Designing information architecture.
- Designing wireframes.
- Collaborating with web analysts and researchers (you provide the brief; they conduct studies and deliver data and insights).
- Collaborating with UI Designers who will turn your wireframes into visual designs.
- Working with the development team and consulting on implemented solutions.
- Proposing new solutions and growth directions for clients' digital products.
Our requirements:
- Examples of completed projects that leave no doubt about your skills — we want to see your portfolio!
- Strong communication skills that will help you win clients over to your proposals.
- Self-sufficiency — you will decide on the methods and tools used in each project.
- Proactivity, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
- Good command of English, sufficient for working comfortably with international clients.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- UI design skills — including the ability to create component libraries and design systems — will be an added advantage (though not essential, as we keep these disciplines separate).
